About maintenance

Maintenance that keeps gates working.

Maintenance is for a gate that still works but is getting noisy or needs attention. It’s a thorough preventative inspection that follows our maintenance checklist, going over the gate’s mechanical parts, connections and settings rather than waiting for something to fail. A service costs the same as a call-out, and regular servicing can help reduce the stress of an unexpected breakdown and the cost of an emergency call-out. Domestic gates are typically serviced about every 12 months. Commercial and industrial gates doing high daily cycles are serviced every 6 months.

A review paired with the maintenance work it describes.

Commercial gate entry installed by Op'n Close Systems

Op’n close system we’re great to deal with, they attended our breakdown super quick, fixed the problem and left the site nice and tidy… to avoid having bad surprises we even started on their regular maintenance program. Would strongly recommend.
