Installation covers a new electric gate from enquiry to commissioning. We measure on site, design to the property, and arrange fabrication with our local gate maker in Bayswater. Guil installs with motor sets matched to the gate and manages the job from quote through to commissioning.
Ten stages, start to finish.
Every job moves through the same stages. Timing on each one varies with workshop load and the design, so we walk you through it stage by stage rather than quote one number for the whole job.
Plan it once, build it right, install it clean.
- Quote: typically follows the site visit by 2 to 3 days.
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm.
- Areas: Perth metro, mostly the western suburbs.
- Warranty: 24 months on workmanship, plus the manufacturer warranty on motors and controllers.

The system required Guillaume to set in place twin motors and rams, a REMOOT103 smart gate controller, code pad, break beams, connect it all together, with the control system paired to our wifi and smart phones. The degree of difficulty was compounded by having to run control cables under existing brick paving without lifting the paving, and in placing the master control system under cover remotely from the gates. It moves through a few stages: a quote typically follows the site visit within 2 to 3 days, fabrication usually starts 5 to 7 weeks after the deposit, the build itself takes around 5 weeks, and once the gate is ready, install day usually takes 2 days on site. We’ll walk you through each stage when we quote.

Four, depending on the site: a dedicated point beside the motor, a direct run to the motor, low voltage from a nearby supply up to 30 metres, or solar where there is no power at all. These apply to sliding and swing gates. Which one suits your property is confirmed at the site visit.

Gates come in all Colorbond colours, in matt or satin, and we can talk through matching your existing fence or gate on site. Special colours are available at an additional cost.
