We keep each leaf under 3.5m. A double swing gate can go up to 6m across the pair, depending on how exposed the site is to wind. A single leaf over 2.5m gets an electric lock fitted. We measure and check the exposure on site before confirming what will work.

Swing gates suit flat sites with room for the leaf to open through its arc. If the ground slopes or the space behind the gate is tight, a slider usually fits better. We look at the site and tell you which way to go.

The operator, front and rear brackets, the controller and 2 remotes. Safety beams are optional but we recommend them, and for the best security we fit two sets, one in and one out.
